Webinar: Are open government local commitments community-based?

On September 30th, Carolina Ponce presented the findings of her Master thesis: Open government beyond transparency, participation, and collaboration: Are OGP´s local commitments community-based?

During this webinar, Carolina told us if the local open government commitments are community-based. To respond to this question, Carolina presented the different standards used to measure the citizen inputs in Open Government (OG) and CBM initiatives, analyzed the local government's effectiveness in including citizens in their OG action plans, and reviewed the factors affecting citizen participation. The ones willing to discover this very insightful webinar can do it by following this link and checking the below presentation.

For the ones who do not have much time but are curious about this topic, Carolina has written a blog post.
