On Friday, November 25th, the November session of Member of the Month hosted Frida Baldeon who presented an interesting proposal for a community-based monitoring program in education in Peru. To develop this proposal, Ms. Baldeon conducted qualitative research in Cajamarca interviewing specialists in education, school directors, teachers and parents.
