On June 27th, we hosted the "Unlocking Potential: Navigating Evaluability Assessment Workshop," conducted by Prof. Nathalie Holvoet. We want to thank everyone who participated and made the event a success!
During the workshop, we explored the What, Why, and How of evaluability, focusing theoretical evaluability, practical evaluability, and the context. We also touched upon the theory of change, data availability and quality, and stakeholder perspectives. We were also introduced to a comprehensive framework for conducting evaluability assessments, derived from a research study analyzing interventions co-financed by the Belgian Development Cooperation.
For those who couldn't join us, we encourage you to check out the workshop recording and slides below.
Additionally, we provide access to two articles for a deeper dive into the evaluability framework.
