Theoneste Mutsindashyaka
Theoneste is a dynamic health professional specializing in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and community health, dedicated to improving health systems. He possesses a robust skill set in data analysis and program evaluation, with a commitment to leadership and technical excellence, he has made a profound impact on health strategies throughout his career.
Theoneste holds a Master's in Public Health with a major in Healthcare Management, a Bachelor of Community Health from Uganda Christian University, and a Diploma in Health Services Management. His commitment to continuous professional development is evident through licenses and certifications from various institutions. Theoneste has attended several training programs, including Evaluation Capacity development for strengthening M&E systems at the University of Antwerp, he has received certificates in Fundamentals of Project Planning and Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, Strengthening Community Health Programs, and Planning for Monitoring and Evaluation from the University of California, Berkeley.
He is recognized by USAID/IHI-Rwanda and PIH-Rwanda for advancing quality improvement projects through data-driven decision-making, Theoneste is also a member of the Rwanda Monitoring and Evaluation Organization (RMEO), a National VOPE (Voluntary Organization for Professional Evaluation), and an alumnus of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), further enhancing his expertise and professional network.
